Initial Visit
60-90 minutes in length
Includes an in-depth medical intake, where I ask you lots of questions!
You will receive some basic health information, and will be sent home with forms to complete before the second visit.

Second Visit
45-60 minutes in length
Includes a basic physical exam and detailed explanation of your personalized treatment plan

Follow Up Visits
30-45 minutes in length, scheduled as needed
Purpose is to track your progress and evaluate the effectiveness of your treatment plan. Changes will be made if necessary
Any new concerns that arise will be addressed.
Visits are also meant to help you maintain optimal health, and to employ strategies for disease prevention.
